Bohai Vegetable Oil Plant was founded in 1998. With development of market economy and market demand, the factory built Jinding Chemical Factory in 2001 under leadership of Bian Fengzhi in Xiditou Industrial Zone, Beichen District, which covers 40 Chinese mu, undertakes multiple businesses, in particular, isooctanoic acid and various vegetable oils, contains 10 technicians and 7 managing staffers, and is managed under a whole system of regulations. Jinding Chemical Factory produces isooctanoic acid as the major product with domestically advanced equipment under guide and instruction of senior engineers and inspects the products strictly to ensure quality comparable with foreign products. Its products are sold throughout China with favor or recognition of customers because of reliable quality, proper prices and considerate service. Bohai Vegetable Oils Plant produces and processes a variety of vegetable and animal oils. Installed with 16 storage tanks that can totally hold over 3000 tons of oils, the plant can process and refine different oils at the same time and produce 50-odd tons of oils every day. It has employed some senior engineers to instruct production and management, organizing production technics, inspection and measurement by technical standards and making products quality up to the national standard. Such products as first-rate soy bean oil, second-rate soy bean oil and first-rate fish oil are sold in Tianjin and units in such industries as chemicals, oil paints, oil ink and food industries throughout China, contributing to Chinese reform and flourishing market. Due to support and help of vast customers, efforts of employees and correct leadership, we have won some honors. In 1999, our first-rate soy bean oil, second-rate soy bean oil and first-rate fish oil were appraised favorite Tianjin products by China Quality Paper and Tianjin City Northern Investigation and Strategy Affairs Institute. In 2001, it was appraised AAA-level credit by Tianjin City Agricultural Credit Cooperative and one of the 50 enterprises having fulfilled largest sales income and pre-tax profit in that year. In 2002, its first-rate soy bean oil, second-rate soy bean oil, first-rate fish oil, fish acid oil, and bean acid oil were notarized by Tianjin City Quality & Technique Supervision Institute.
